Your last resort stop smoking pill

As we always see on cigarette packs, "Cigarette smoking is dangerous to your health." This is a notice that is commonly disregarded by smokers. Without even reading this notice, they just tear open the cigarette pack, grab a stick, and light it as if they don’t want to see the glaring truth in front of it. Unfortunately, the warning stated on this package is very true. Cigarette smoking is one of the leading causes of death. As a matter of fact, 440,000 people in the United States die each year because of illnesses caused by this bad habit.

Fortunately, a lot of people have become aware of what smoking can do to their health and have made attempts to quit. Unfortunately, because of a substance called nicotine that is found in cigarettes, many people find it difficult to resist their cravings for the “high” that this substance can give. The good news is that there are now aids for smokers who want to quit. They can try chewing a nicotine gum or putting on a nicotine patch. These are two of the types of nicotine replacement therapy wherein the craving for the pleasurable feelings is quenched by the content of these gums and patches, taking away the need for a stick of cigarette. But, since this method is not always effective, a new option has been added: the stop smoking pill.

A New Use for an Anti-depressant

Zyban is a stop smoking pill that causes a sustained release of bupropion hydrochloride, the same substance found in the anti-depressant, Wellbutrin SR. This stop smoking pill boosts the levels of dopamine and norepinephrine in the body, giving the user the same pleasurable feeling that is induced by the nicotine found in tobacco. These pills should be taken a week before a smoker starts to quit smoking in order to combat the withdrawal symptoms that usually haunt quitters.

Although Zyban is more effective than other anti-depressants in this aspect, it has some side effects that doctors should warn their patients about before prescribing this solution. It has been proven to cause depression in users and can increase suicidal tendencies.

The New Stop Smoking Pill

Another stop smoking pill was approved by the FDA last May. Varenicline was proven to help more than one out of five smokers to stop smoking after using it for a year. This pill works by inhibiting the feelings of pleasure that smokers feel when they light up a cigarette. This stops them from associating the wonderful feeling with a stick of cigarette that they usually crave for when they are under stress, cutting off their dependency to it.

Now available under the name of Chantix, this drug should be taken twice a day for a minimum of twelve weeks in order to stop a person from lighting up a cigarette. A side effect of this stop smoking pill is said to be nausea and vomiting.

Because of the side effects that can be caused by these two stop smoking pills, they are usually considered as a last resort for people who would like to quit smoking. And for those who plan to use Zyban to quit smoking, perhaps it should be coupled with exercise in order to decrease the dependency on that medication. Exercise, after all, can hasten the release of epinephrine and norepinephrine in the body, giving a person the same high feeling that these pills can provide.

I will stand by you even if

This is what John told me yesterday.

Rule No 1: There are no rules.

Rule No 2: If there are rules break them.

Rule No 3: Before you break the rules make sure you ‘know’ all the rules.

I asked John” How many years does it take to ‘know’ all the rules. And he said ” As long as it should take…”

Think about it,

It has been 24 hours since we launched Spiritual Simplicity. We have had members from China, Singapore, Ghana, Sweden, Ireland, Germany, Malaysia, South Africa, UK, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The response has been phenomenal.

Here is a mail from Dorie Wallace of China:

“Hi Vish, I have just signed up as a member to your wonderful website. Wow! I logged on and was blown away at the abundance of videos, information, stories, books and articles! I have never seen such great value. I couldn’t' and didn’t want to stop reading and checking it all out. You and John have done an absolutely amazing job!!! I live in China and getting any kind of spiritual reading material that is written in English is not an easy thing to do. Now I don’t have to worry about it at all. Whatever I need I am sure I will find in the pages of your site. ” Ask and you shall receive.” I asked and now I am receiving. Thank you Universe and thank you John and Vish!”

Deepest regards Dorie

This is what Rosemay Margueritte from UK had to say

“Vish I’m so thrilled to join you and John on what I already feel will be a successful and exciting journey to spirituality and I am forever grateful and blessed to be a member of your website. Once again, thank you to John and yourself for your kindness and I look forward to sharing this journey with you.”

Much love and affection

Rosemay

One thing more, because of heavy spam our first mail did not go out to many people. In that mail we had a FAST ACTION BONUS for the first 50 people who signed up. Now that number has already been filled. But since a good number of people did not receive the first mail, John has advised me to have another FAST ACTION Bonus for you

So here is the deal:

The First 50 who order today will get two things valued at $344 in addition to everything mentioned in the site

1. 45 minute PRIVATE TELESEMINAR WITH JOHN AND ME where John will reveal information he has never ever spoken of earlier in public. I can guarantee you that it will be life changing. (Valued at $197 this is free only for the first 50 people who order today)

2. On June 2nd week, John will be releasing the Power Pause Videos. I do not know how much John is going charge for it. The book itself sells for $97 so I guess it would be atleast $147 . You will get the free download link for watching this video, once it is ready on June 2nd week (Valued at $147)

Now remember, you have to be quick as this message is going out to a huge list…

Here is your link to prosperity. Break all rules today spiritual-simplicity. com/

Bye for now

With Love and Affection

Vish

P. S. Remember Rule No 3: Before you break the rules, make sure you ‘know’ the rules. There is no one better than John to teach you this subtle skill. So go right ahead and make the decision of your life. You won’t regret it.

Cannabis and the void

Often when people give up smoking cannabis, a massive hole (or void) is made within themselves. They are left with a feeling of depression and emptiness. It's like something is missing. Something you love has now disappeared and you feel sadness because you want that feeling back.

Truth is you don't actually want marijuana back, but you do want the FEELING that marijuana gave you back.

I hear it often that many users are saying they find it difficult to cope with this change their body is going through. My advise for this problem is always the same ...

Learn something new.

You see, you feel like your missing out on something. Something has gone, its vanished off the face of the earth and you want it back. Well instead of going around in a hopeless loop and ....

Giving up then smoking a few days later,

Giving up then smoking a few days later,

Giving up then smoking a few days later,

... etc

Try and fill The Void! As an ex-user myself I know exactly what it is like and today I am going to share with you the exact thing that I used to fill my void with. There's two things actually.

1. Golf. I absolutely love playing Golf and because I used to smoke cannabis I never played as much as I liked to. So when I gave up smoking cannabis I went and played Golf several times per week. I got two great benefits from playing Golf. Firstly, I was outdoors taking some well needed exercise which also helped me to sleep at night, and secondly it was filling The Void.

2. Think and Grow Rich. This is a phenomenal book that gave me added passion to give up smoking but also to better myself in all areas of life. By learning and reading, it gave me purpose to my life and introduced me to a world that I never knew. The author Napoleon Hill was a wonderful sharing person and he shared this brilliant book with us back in the 1930's. It's power and potential is simply mind blowing.

Fill your own Void, make sure it is something you love doing. Make sure it is something you are passionate about and stick to it no matter what.

Spirituality information - john harricharan s interview with terri marie q2

Terri Marie: And I can’t wait to tell, it’s launched in the very, very near future and I know it’s going to be great. You’ve talked a lot about energy and how the universe is made up of energy. And I believe our goal is to get to the higher vibration sets where we can attract more of the things that we desire. How do we get to the higher vibrations? Can you give some simple steps or some guidelines to point people down the path towards raising their energy vibration?

John: Yes, the simpler answer is 848.

Terri Marie: Okay. And could you give me the complex part of that answer.

John: And the reason I said that is because there is no simple nor complex answer. There is just an answer, which we at this stage of our evolution have no idea of. We might think we know and we know a little bit more than we did five centuries ago. But I think it’s an evolution in spirit and mind maybe even in body and I won’t touch that part of it, but it’s a growth and a learning of the spirit because all the laws of the universe exist right now just like they did 10 centuries ago or 10 millennium ago.

The knowledge of how to fly an airplane or build a 747 jet existed millions of years ago, it just didn’t come up here, just didn’t appear in one blinding movement of truth, the art of flying given to the Wright brothers from which a lot of our flying evolved. But it was there, the concept and mathematics, that one plus one equal to two, existed forever, just like every other law exists right now.

We are given an opportunity to learn them, discover them for ourselves and use them and it will appear to me having spent some time or quite some time, if you will, with some of the masters of the Far East, some yogi masters and Shambhala masters, having one of them being my teacher actually in some little way.

I am convinced that this is an energy universe and energy has vibration, and vibrations and energy are interchangeable just like energy and matter are interchangeable. So what I am driving at right now, Terri Marie, is to say there is no difference and there is no disconnection between every life form on earth or in the universe and I am sure there are lots of others and we are in touch with one another and we can influence one another whenever we get into the proper frequency, because frequency again and vibrations and so forth they all have a scientific background. And it’s a matter of being tuned into the right station.

Right now as we speak, all the radio stations in your area are on the air simultaneously not sequentially, one doesn’t start and then stops for the other one to follow. They are all broadcasting right now. And if you have your beautiful little radio tuned into one of them, you will exclude all the others. If you want to change from that one, you just turn the knob or the dial or whatever is it to another frequency. And when you do that you will exclude the one you were just listening to.

So in the universe in all time space situations, there are various frequencies and we through meditation, through player, through quiet or the inner silence, could tune into these very stations.

For example, let's say one is having a difficulty with acquiring abundance wealth. One gets to the spot where you tune into the wealth channel. You become really still. As you do that, the frequency is such that data will flow to you, inspiration will flow to you, and you will be moved to do the exact things that will lead you to tremendous success in obtaining the money you want. Same goes for relationship and so forth.

Terri Marie: John, is that something that you're going to help people with on the Spiritual simplicity site?

John Harricharan: I will certainly give them tips and show them how they could achieve that. It's not very difficult. When I say it's not very difficult, I mean there is some effort. The very simple thing of getting into the silence seems so simple when I become quiet. No, saying so doesn't really make it so. You have to practice. I think anyone could become a master in about three weeks. Give or take a couple of days. Of course, I'm being

Power pointers for story selling

Nothing disarms and invites an audience in more than humor. We are instantly drawn to people we think are funny. We enjoy listening to humorous individuals and hearing what they have to say. Humor grabs attention, creates rapport and makes a message more memorable. It can also relieve tension, enhance relationships and motivate people.

If you’ve got an important message to share, humor can give you a huge advantage. The actor John Cleese once said, “If I can get you to laugh with me, you like me better, which makes you more open to my ideas. And if I can persuade you to laugh at the particular point I make, by laughing at it you acknowledge its truth.” Don’t use humor just to get a laugh out of your prospects. In humor, there is so much potential for influence. Armed with humor, you can provide special insights or teach important principles.

Humor must be used cautiously, however. If used properly, it will help your audience to like you. If used ineffectively or inappropriately, however, it can be a big turn off. The instant you irritate or offend your audience members, it’s over. Nothing you say or do from that point forward will rectify the damage done. Worse, they’ll always remember you as a bad comic. Be sure that you have good material before attempting to incorporate humor into your presentations. Also, cater your comedy to your audience. What would they find funny? What are some inside experiences they share that you could draw humor from? Use humor that will evoke chuckles and lightheartedness but that is still built on truth. It is a very wise idea to test the comedic waters on friends or family to make sure your humor works!

Another technique that is sometime used in story selling is the instillation of fear. As manipulative as it may sound, fear definitely motivates others when it is used properly. I would strongly caution against creating a false sense of fear, however. Doing so truly is manipulative, and by instilling false fear you will lose your audience’s long-term trust. Use fear only if the threat is real and if it is in the best interest of the audience to be forewarned. For example, doctors sometimes have to be straightforward with their patients about the impending worst-case scenario if they don’t get in shape. It’s scary to hear, but the patient truly needs this information to be brought to her/his attention.

As much as we may wish it to not be the case, often it is only fear that will motivate and move someone off a path to destruction. There are less dramatic, but nevertheless fear-inspired, examples: Fear incites us to buy life insurance, to floss our teeth, to buy cars with airbags, to install home security systems and to purchase guns. Hopefully, fear will not be a persuasive tool you use with great frequency, but if you feel you can effectively use it to underscore a very important message, adhere to the following guidelines:

1. You must make your audience feel the anxiety and uneasiness that come from anticipating the possible, even greater, negative emotions (pain, grief, loss, etc.) that will become imminent if the problem is not dealt with.

2. Your prospects must feel not only that the fearful event is likely to happen, but also that they could be victimized by its occurrence. In other words, they must feel vulnerable.

3. You must provide a solution to the fear you instill. Give your prospects a recommended action to resolve the fear-inducing problem.

4. Your prospects must believe that they are capable of doing what is asked of them and that doing so will work for them.

The three strangest reasons for procrastination

Have you ever wondered why you procrastinate? Procrastination is indeed a very strange behaviour and is a trap that all of us tend to fall into from time to time. On a conscious level you might want to do something or achieve something and although you know what you have to do, you still can’t seem to get yourself to actually do it. It’s almost like there is some ‘invisible force’ that prevents you from taking action and you can’t quite explain what it is - from a rational perspective at least.

Although it might appear that there is no logical explanation for this seemingly irrational behaviour, there are still reasons for procrastination. These reasons, however are not always that obvious. Human behaviour is not haphazard or coincidental - everything we do we do for a reason. In fact, everything we do, we do for a positive intent. Everything that you do is driven by your desire to improve your circumstances at some level of your consciousness. It is impossible for someone to do something that she believes will leave her worse off. For some people this might mean killing themselves, while for others it might mean climbing a mountain, while for others it might mean giving up a bad habit. It all varies according to our beliefs.

This is a very important concept to understand if you are to understand the reasons for procrastination. Although there are many reasons on the surface as to why you procrastinate, the underlying reason always boils down to one factor: FEAR. Fear is what shuts you down and prevents you from taking action. By design fear is there to ‘help’ you and whenever you fear something you will be compelled to prevent an encounter with whatever you fear.

Although fear is the underlying factor behind procrastination, we tend to see certain common fears amongst procrastinators. Here are the three most common reasons for procrastination and the fears that we subconsciously attach to them:

Fear #1: The Fear Of Failure

When you fear failure you are inclined to avoid participating in the first place. The common association is that ‘if I don’t do it, then I can’t fail and no one can judge me’. This is very prominent amongst procrastinators and they often hide behind the perfectionism frame. They will wait for things to be perfect until they take action, so they keep postponing tasks waiting for the ‘right time’ before they take action. Out of the fear of failing and looking bad, they would often spend vast amounts of time on a project without making any real progress because at a subconscious level they don’t ‘want to’ finish – a finished project will make them vulnerable for criticism and consequently failure. The result is that they always find ‘good reasons’ to postpone or even avoid the tasks all together.

Fear #2: The Fear Of Unpleasant Or Painful Experiences

If you believe that some action will lead to a painful or unpleasant experience then you will feel compelled not to do it. Your nervous system is designed to avoid painful experiences. The ironic thing is that we get to decide what we believe, and what will be ‘painful’ experiences. Unfortunately for most of us, our beliefs were ‘installed’ by default and we learned by association. Through experience we ‘learned’ by our results and we tend to use this limited information form (mostly) past experiences to make up future meanings and we start imagining potential consequences to the point where we actually believe them. If you believe that some action will lead to a painful or unpleasant experience, you will avoid it, regardless of whether your association is accurate or not. What you believe is what’s real for you and this is what you will act upon.

Fear #3: The Fear Of Missing Out

In the frenzy of modern living we all want to get a piece of the action. We simply cannot help it. Every day we get bombarded with numerous opportunities and it seems like the media’s sole mission is to get our attention. The challenge is that we don’t want to miss out – no one wants to be left behind and miss out on what everybody else is gaining from. The challenge with this is that we tend to take on way too much, to the point where we get overwhelmed. When you feel overwhelmed, the natural reaction is to shut down and the result is usually procrastination. When you overload yourself with too many things that you ‘have to do’ you simply cannot deal with all of it and procrastination comes to your ‘aid’. Like a breaker switch in an electric current, procrastination will kick in when the load becomes too heavy.

These three factors are by no means the only reasons for procrastination, but it is definitely some of the most common. An awareness of these fears in itself can help you to overcome procrastination. Realize that F. E.A. R is only an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real and most of your fears are only imaginary. You can break through your fears and take action. It is your ultimate power to direct and steer your life. Don’t allow procrastination and indecision to keep you immobilized. Keep moving forward. Keep taking action.

Conquer addiction with hypnosis

An addiction can take control of a person’s life. For example a successful man who is an alcoholic can lose everything including his business, family and reputation because of the devastating affects of his alcohol addiction. Alcohol is just one of many debilitating addictions that can affect our lives. Others include tobacco, prescription medication, food, recreational drugs or even sex. When a person is under the power of an addiction, that addiction controls their work relationships, personal relationships and so much more.

A person that is addicted to something is hindering and limiting their life. To live without addiction is to experience life as it should be, as we are born. There are several reasons why a person may become addicted to something. Some of the reasons include poor self esteem, a traumatic experience, stress or simple old bad judgment. If you are addicted to something, I am sure you have tried to regain control of your life and end the vicious cycle. For some people this is easy, but for many others, it’s a desperate fight that seems to go on and on.

Hypnosis is an effective way to conquer addiction. The process of hypnosis is safe, gentle and extremely rewarding. Hypnosis works on a subconscious level. While a person is undergoing hypnosis they are induced into a deep state of relaxation. The subconscious mind is highly receptive to new perspectives and ideas during this sate of deep relation. The subconscious mind will receive positive suggestions that have an individual visualize a life without addiction. During the visualization process the individual is able to “feel” how great a life without addiction is and this can be extremely profound.

While an individual is in the process of hypnosis the individual is given encouragement, motivation, confidence building statements and a definite plant to conquer addiction. The positive suggestions that the subconscious mind receives causes the individual to change their negative behavior and thinking patterns. It is because of this change that a person is able to conquer their addiction.

Hypnosis alleviates both stress and anxiety, calming the nerves, the mind and the whole body. People who have undergone hypnosis have greater confidence and increased self esteem. If you want to conquer your addiction and turn your goals into reality I recommend, as a practicing hypnotherapist, that you seek out the services of a qualified hypnotherapist in your area. Hypnosis can help you to conquer your addiction and live a happier, healthier and more rewarding life.

The secret - collection of inspirational quotes

All wisdom is plagiarism; only stupidity is original.

-- Hugh Kerr

If the mind is happy, not only the body but the whole world will be happy. So one must find out how to become happy oneself. Wanting to reform the world without discovering one's true self is like trying to cover the whole world with leather to avoid the pain of walking on stones and thorns. It is much simpler to wear shoes.

-- Ramana Maharshi

In this age of defending and demanding rights, we are often faced with the question of who holds us back more than anyone else . . . and in all honesty we must admit we are the ones. We narrow our vision and develop hopeless attitudes to defeat us. And yet, we are the ones who speed us on as well. Our good attitudes keep us moving and active and able to do everything without reacting to the smallest incident as a barrier in our way. We are willing to work, to initiate and set in motion the good of life, and do it by not stepping on others. We keep a constant vigil over our thoughts and actions. In this way we follow our ‘lo qui si,’ star, and reach up that we may lift others up with us.

-- Joyce Sequichie Hifler

Hope is the feeling you have that the feeling you have isn't permanent.

-- Jean Kerr

For thirty years I used to say, “Do this” and “Give that”; but when I reached the first stage of wisdom, I said, “O God, be mine and do whatever You want.”

-- Abu Yazid Al-Bismati

Character is always lost when a high ideal is sacrificed on the altar of conformity and popularity.

-- Anonymous

If you want a place in the sun, you must leave the shade of the family tree.

-- Osage Proverb

A man's greatness is measured by his kindness; his education and intellect by his modesty. His ignorance is betrayed by his suspicions and prejudices, and his real caliber is measured by the consideration and tolerance he has for others.

-- W. J. H. Boetker

Insecurity destroyed thousands. are you a victim

Fact: Thousands wallow in depression because of insecurity.

When you ignore the positive feelings tied with accomplishment, it's easy to slide back into negative self-talk and sabotage your success. In this insecured state, you may find it tough to focus on or permit yourself to enjoy feelings of accomplishment as feelings of self-judgment then emerge. Talking to yourself in a dark way reinforces habitual, unhealthy behavior. A sentiment such as, “Why forge ahead if I never get anywhere?" reflects a lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem. The self-chastisement involved in focusing on past failures, rather than past triumphs, keeps you in the shadows of uncertainty where there's no opportunity for flying high.

When your self-confidence and sense of security are deficient, you may impose a retreat on yourself to escape taking challenges or risks. When a highly successful event does happen, you may conceive that it's sheer luck. Self-talk and beliefs such as “My effort has no effect on the outcome,'' may stem from previously programmed ideas that you received from deprecating others.

Feelings of insecurity and a lack of self-confidence can persuade you to try to control external events, including others. When you're busy attempting to control external events, you may not be in command of yourself. For example, trying to control the way someone feels toward you tan be very overwhelming. You can't command the feelings of others, but you can be in command of the way you respond and behave toward them.

Endeavoring to impact everything or everyone around you, rather than managing your own feelings and behaviors, undermines your self-growth and awareness. It fosters more insecurity. The point is not to focus on halting others on their road to triumph, but to focus on your own personal growth and accomplishment. Work at understanding and appreciating your competencies (e. g. integrity, perseverance, sound judgment, forthrightness) that are always on tap within you. Focus on developing your strengths to become enthusiastic and enervated. When you empower your mind and body to develop your personal strengths and resources, you enliven and consolidate your commitment to fly high.

Insecurity is self-destruction. Why stab yourself, or anyone else? Criticizing yourself unjustly undermines your growth and accomplishment Blaming and judging yourself because you're not able to lead other people's thoughts and feelings is self-sabotaging. Undermining the success of others erects barriers to warm relations, making it more difficult to appreciate situations that offer positive growth and opportunity. The feelings of triumph generated between two or more people far outweigh the sentiments created by insecurity and judging yourself.

Stop undermining yourself or others. Focus on your own road to success. Devote your time and energy to developing healthy thoughts and emotions. Take responsibility for your actions and move confidently toward your new opportunities. Fling insecurity out the window!

Anti-insecurity Tip 1: Be grateful for what you have.

Anti-insecurity Tip 2: Word everything in the positive. If I said "Don't be negative, I'm weakening myself"

Anti-insecurity Tip 3: With every rising, ask yourself "What great things can I do today. Do the same every hour on the hour!

God speed!

What is personal development

What Is Personal Development?

Personal development used to be a course taught at business and vocational schools around the United States.

It was long since held that self-improvement was an essential aspect of succeeding in a more and more competitive marketplace that left little room for those who would not be able to pull their own weight – usually because of self image problems.

Personal growth was considered to be the antidote to the possibility of failure very often experienced by job changers, vocation changers, and those who might embark on a new career at a more advanced age than most of their competitors in the marketplace.

Personal development was said to be effective in combining an individual’s innate wish for success with a change in the person’s mode of viewing her - or himself and also the way the person is portraying her - or himself to others.

NLP - neuro-linguistic programming – is one of the favored tools of the personal development movement. Since it offers a wide variety of tools and techniques, this application itself promises success simply because of its superior adaptability to the needs of the person seeking personal development.

For example, for those will simply performance anxiety problems, a large number of exercises will make an accomplished introvert out of a phobic introvert who is sent into stammering or excessive sweating bits at the prospect of speaking in front of a crowd.

For the person suffering from extreme anxiety the idea of meditation – well within the framework of NLP – will quite often yield amazing results.

While traditionalists might scoff at the idea of personal development simply because it is such a subjective exercise, it is noteworthy that many people sear by it and attribute their business success to lessons learned and exercises attempted during a personal development seminar.

Perhaps the most important aspect to remember when discussing personal development is the fact that it seeks to capitalize on a person’s good intentions.

These intentions may be the wish to succeed in business the innate need to be useful, or maybe just the wish to further the role of leadership a person has taken within a corporation or business.

The goal is to draw out the good intentions and turn them into marketable objectives which the client will be able to realize and develop further, so as to ensure that her or his confidence will grow enough to pursue the next level of professional development.

For those who are gifted with a go-get-it attitude, this need may be hard to understand, but suffice it to say that in a world where corporate success is hard won, and abilities have to be proven time and again, those who may suffer from a lack of self esteem have often found themselves relegated to the sidelines.

If this is you, it is also important to understand that you do not have to be on the sidelines, but that you have everything it takes to make it up the ladder of success!

How to simplify your life and travel the world

Tired of the constant stress of your life? Are non-stop phone calls, faxes, email messages, and meetings driving you crazy?

You're not alone. Studies show most people are stressed to the breaking point. They also would love to simplify their lives and travel the world.

Imagine living on a remote tropical island, enjoying the warm sea breeze, local food, and easy-going atmosphere. You do this while earning a good income, doing the work you enjoy, and all in a far more relaxed way than you work now.

While this might sound like a scene from a movie or the online offer from a get-rich-quick scheme, simplifying life and traveling the world is rather easy to do -- IF you know how.

Dr. Otto Weizman developed just such a system. Dr. Weizman spent most of his life traveling the world, not as a tourist, but running a global business. Over the years he became tired of living out of a suitcase and meeting continuous deadlines. The life was interesting, even exciting, but the stress and demands of business left him tired and frustrated.

Weizman began working out a simple system for anyone who wants to get away from it all and work somewhere else in the world. Based on the vast store of tips and techniques he had learned in his travels, Weizman was able to see opportunity in ways most travelers didn't even know existed.

1. Start by simplifying your life. Weizman correctly felt the huge onslaught of advertising messages we get every minute of every day is the source of much of our stress. Get off junk mail lists, email lists, and make sure your phone number isn't on call lists.

2. Rest assured you CAN do the kind of work you love just about anywhere in the world. If you think a person like you could only work in your current country, remember that almost every industry is now truly global. It's a fair bet there are workers just like you in dozens of desirable locations around the world.

3. Don't worry about "dropping out" and not being able to stay in touch. Dr. Weizman showed you can stay completely connected via phone, email, and fax even from the most remote desert island. The Internet cafe is a fixture in almost every country of the world. Cell phones are now ubiquitous. If you WANT to be in contact, you will.

4. Keep in mind money flows differently in other countries. Credit cards work well in most places, but take some time to get to know how local residents handle financial transactions. They've had the advantage of what method is most reliable, most acceptable, and most economic.

Above all, don't ever feel like you're trapped in your current situation. Anyone who takes the time to learn how can freely travel the world, enjoying wonderful destinations, while still earning a good income doing what they love.
